I do not think B&H is an EVGA authorized reseller- I wonder how a warranty issue would work??

Even though B&H Photo is not on the reseller list they are considered an Authorized Seller as they purchase product via an authorized distributor. The invoice and warranty will be honored.

970 is not worthy of $200.  The 1060 3GB is $200 and is faster than 970.

    But it's a 1gb short.

I'm waiting for the 1080Ti myself.
