High temps with EVGA ACX mITX CPU Cooler

Hi,
I uploaded a few photos too of my build. Also, i uploaded a photo of the temps of my CPU.
As you can see, i use EVGA ACX mITX CPU Cooler and i was expecting better temps with it.
I think that the temps are high for a cooler like this.
I did something wrong?, i have installed it in an incorrect way or which is the reason for these temps?.
I will wait for your answer, thanks for all!.

    51 is not high at all. That is almost normal honestly.

    Really?.
    I had been thinking in apply new thermal paste, a good one like IC DIAMOND or ARCTIC SILVER 5 even change the rotation of the cooler, blowing the air towards the back of the case.
