As you may know, World of Warcraft now supports native supersampling as of patch 6.1. There are also other games that support it, Battlefield 4 is one of them. My system can't really keep up if I put it to 200% (2x SSAA). My question is, what will generally give me the best image quality out of the following:

1. Using low supersampling and MSAA together, for example 130% supersampling + 2x MSAA
2. Turning MSAA off and using as much supersampling as my system can handle, for example 170% supersampling

If you are running SLI or CFX, you should be using super sampling only.

Not running SLI but my 980 seems to handle around 170% scaling pretty well without dropping below 60 fps. Is that enough to justify using it alone and turning off MSAA?
