Just got the new EVGA x99 Classified, With it I got G.Skill 3200 Mhz, DDR4, it has an xmp profile that I have tried to use and every time I boot after setting it. It gets stuck on code 67 on the motherboard and just loops to that. Ive tried googling and everything, boots fine when everything is set to automatic, I haven't messed with any other settings in the bios yet. When XMP didn't work, I tried manually setting the same things and still nothing. Edit: Additionally just noticed it changes my CPU memory clock target from 3300 to 3800, I remember on my previous build to get it to work I had to change the clock settings for the cpu, but I see nothing similar to that on the x99 bios.

Are you running the latest BIOS 2.02 for your X99 Classified? If not, update and check with XMP settings again.

If it bugs out again, try setting the speed, timings, and RAM voltage manually.

If none of the above work for you... Set your memory to use the XMP profile, but change your memory frequency to 2400MHz.  Intel officially supports 2133 assuming you're running a Haswell chip.  ( Your post doesn't give us much to go on)  See if that works.  If it does, try setting the next increment up (2666 I believe).  Keep doing this until you reach the point you can no longer boot.

At that point you'll need to try further voltage tweaks to reach 3200MHz to see if your chip can even run that high of freq.  Some can, some can't.  It will depend a lot on how strong your IMC is.

Keep in mind that everytime you change your memory config from auto to manual or xmp etc, your CPU clock speed will change to 3800.  After you make changes to your memory, set your CPU clock speeds back.
