To those of you who have spaced out the front panel to allow airflow for a rad or fan; what method did you use? i have a h60 mounted where the drive bays were, and id love to get the front panel back on, but don't want to choke out the fan. Thanks for any help!

I think you will get faster help in the Hadron section. Moving there now.

    Hey mr_clean_

I used a 2" x 10" strip of velcro, cut into 4 pieces, one in each corner of the front panel to mount it back on.
This gives me about 3/16" or just under 5mm of space for air to be pulled through.
I went with velcro instead of a hard mounted solution for 2 reasons.
    1. Simple removal for cleaning
    2. Keep the overall aesthetic of the outside of the case intact
The only thing I still want to add is some additional velcro pads in the middle of the panel, near the power button, to prevent any kind of flex when accidentally pushing on the panel.

I also have the H60 mounted where the cage used to be.
The image below is mine from a few weeks ago. The only change i've made, is I reversed the H60 and the fan used, so the fan is not visible from this view.
ie. this is the H60 in a pull config, I changed it to a push config. The Noctua fans are amazing, but soooo ugly.

What are your temps like? I was going to order a custom front panel but this seems easier and cheaper. I don't plan to put an AIO in there just a fan for intake of air.
