Had to uninstall evga precision due to crashes. Never even overclocked gpu screen would just black out at random times. Since I uninstalled it I am getting skin initialize error upon start up? I ran registry cleaner and no success. Solved one problem and created another. I searched forums and no one seems to know. Would like a real solution or a fix please.

A few things to try..If you have not already, after uninstalling PrecisionX, delete the Program Files (x86)\Evga\PecisionX 16 folder and restart your PC..Or install PrecisionX again, then uninstall it again, then delete the Program Files (x86)\Evga\RecicisionX 16 folder and restart your PC..Make sure that when you close PrecisionX before uninstalling, that all PrecisionX Processes are stopped in Task Manager ->  Processes and that the PrecisionX setting in the General Settings is not set to START WITH OS.

Ty deleting the folders seemed to do the trick.

You're welcome..Thought that might be the problem, hence the first thing to try.

New/newer versions of PrecisionX don't delete everything after uninstalling, like in older versions..There is no clean install option anymore either like in older versions..Always a good idea to just manually delete the PecisionX 16 folder and restart your PC after uninstalling..Always a good idea to uninstall PrecisionX and manually delete the PecisionX 16 folder and restart your PC before reinstalling or installing a different version..Less problems that way.
