If the TitanX shares the same PCB layout of the GTX 980 TI and the 980 you could go with one of these

pop on something like an h80i or bigger and call it a day. your gpu would run a lot cooler than the EVGA one.
I've been waiting on this too for a while, especially seeing as how EVGA kits are hard to get and you can attach any hydro series to that Corsair unit. Unfortunately from what I read, that item won't release until August some time.

I use a pair of NZXT Kraken X31s for mine. The extra 2 inches of tube length was essential for me.

But it does not touch any of the vital components of the gpu, it just works as a liquid cooler mount of one type only of self contained unit, so vregs, vram, everything does not have a heatsink on top.

I was so close to getting two kits today. I got the notification email and went straight to buy it (I mean the second these went on sale). I had them in my cart and was going through checkout but for some reason when I got to the page to enter my billing address (which was already filled out) and I click on continue I then get a error that tells me to start over again. The error wasn't that they were all sold out but that I had to start the whole process over again and again and again. It felt like a cruel joke because every time I went to start over, the kits were clearly still in stock. By the fifth try I just gave up. Really bummed because I was so close yet so far away :( Now the wait till the next batch. By the way, does anyone know if Amazon or Newegg will be getting any soon?

That also happened to me as well but I ended up closing the browser completely and trying again. Not sure if it was a coincidence but it worked fine after I closed the browser, doing the whole "try again" stuff ended up in a loop of never getting passed the shipping part of the screen.
