With the release of x99, and the new 900 series gpus, I REALLY want to make an HTPC thats not ugly, or HUGE, but can fit in my livingroom with sophistication and comfort. Two examples that I've found are both pc's that you have to buy. Digital Storms Bolt II pc, and Steiger Dynamics HTPC. Both are pretty great, and I'd love to get the cases by themselves, but unfortunately thats not an option. So my question to you all is, can anyone find an HTPC case that isn't ugly, or 7 inches tall?

Any suggestions, links or help would be great. Or if you think z97 is a better option, I'd also love to hear what you think! The HTPC would be for entertainment and gaming. Single gpus will be fine, (980/970) but SLI if capable, would also be super fun. I would like to keep things below $2600.

I absolutely love the NCase M1! Super clean and very small but still accommodates higher end components. Currently out of stock though :(

Dang! That is beautiful! Thank you for the suggestion! As long as it gets produced with an optical drive slot, it'll definitely move to the top of my list. I would still prefer to stick with the x99 platform for the ddr4 ram, (and since it won't have any mini-itx mobos, this case would be out of the running) but even still... the case is almost perfect enough to make me reeeeally think twice.
