    So to recap:
    1) You left you system running for 6hrs unattended under a gaming load. Upon return your monitor was off with its power light flashing.
    2) You RMA'd the Motherboard received it and after reinstalling still you cannot get your system to post?

My questions are, when you try to boot the system does it beep? Does it power the fans? Have you tried different psu cables?

Sometimes it can be the easiest answer, did you turn off the psu power switch?

With power unplugged - off can still give voltage to MB and cause damage (like when moving GPU - (video card) or RAM)

    Page 1-22

ATX power & EATXPWR  - confirm they are fully seated

page 1-24 speaker --- is one connected ?

    Re-seat the RAM

If your monitor has more than one input, check that the correct input is selected OR make sure to select Auto detect on the monitor

When you reinstalled the CPU (processor) --- Did you apply new TIM ? (thermal interface material)

Is your monitor connected to the MB -- (video out) or the GPU, now ?
