Hi,
I'm looking memory for my build Z97 Classified.
Is AVEXIR Core series 16GB DDR3-2400MHz (AVD3U24001108G-2CI) compatible with Z97 Classified? (XMP : DDR3-2400 CL11-13-13-31 1.65v)
I like this Ram because of LED and cheaper :D
(If not compatible please suggest me for the better memory, I need 2*8GB 2133mhz-2400mhz.)

Thank you so much.

Hey welcome to our forums! On paper this memory would be compatible with the Z97 platform which supports 2600 + Mhz, however we do not have it listed on our official memory support list for any of the Z97 motherboards. You can take a look at the official memory support list here http://www.evga.com/support/motherboard/ and do a search on each model. Personally, I used a pair of G.Skill F3-2400C10D-8GTX which is not on the supported list but works perfectly fine on my Z97 classy.

Okay, I have to buy it and test first. If it doesn't work, I have to sell it.
I will update the result again when I tested it. (maybe on the next month)

Thank you for your suggestion

This link is to the MFg. website for your RAM.  I do not see a QVL of compatible motherboards on their site or a tool to find the best RAM compatibility base on customers hardware.

http://www.avexir.com/product/corespec-ddr3.html

If you contact Avexir; their tech support may be able to answer your question if you tell them the MB, CPU and how you plan on using your PC.

Good luck on your build.

I have always had good luck with G. Skill & Corsair.

My experience with OCZ Reaper - was OK at best; you had to manually setup the RAM in BIOS.

Yep, I already checked on EVGA website but it has less choices for choosing memory.

Personally, I've used Crucial Ballistix and G.Skill Sniper RAM (at different times) with my Z97 Classified, had no issues.

Finally, my new build use AVEXIR @2400bus. It worked as well, I like its LED illuminated on the heatsink.
Thank a lot for every suggestions.
