I don't know what's causing it by my score has dropped by around 4000 point

Noting has change and all settings and overclocks are the same

Hey
 
are you using vsync globally. Are you using gsync ? etc.. IF you have a program that caps the fps you'll loose alot of points.

Looks like your FPS is getting stuck at 75 FPS for some reason. Disable all frame rate limiters. Disable framerate target inside precision x.

Looks like a Windows update broke something. Your Windows 8.1 version went from 6.3.100064 to 6.3.9600. I'd start with clean installing the Nvidia drivers, and if that doesn't help you may need to roll back to a previous backup of Windows before the update.

CPU speed is lower. Trying to keep the voltage under 1.3v and going for 4.6GHz requires that much or more
 
A mod can move it or remove it since the problem has been solved
