Gtx 980 clock boost

hi I am having troubles with 2 gtx 980 single or sli clocks doesn't work I see 999 on core and 3005 in memory in most games but full boost in benchmarks

Always down clocked no matter what ?? Plz advise
Is it cpu gpu or ram problem
New build asus x99
5930k
16gb ddr4
Evga supernova 1300 psu

    I'm pretty sure the games you use just don't need that amount of boost to run it. Try setting kboost. I think that runs the card at full boost clocks at all times

    Try setting you game .exe Power Management Mode to Prefer Maximum Performance instead of Adaptive (under Manage 3D settings). I keep my global settings on Adaptive but my games to Prefer Maximum Performance.
