Gtx 560 no signal

So i have 2 pc's,my gaming rig,and a rig that is in a arcade cabinet,i replaced my GTX 560 from my gaming rig and now want to place in in the cabinet,but it does not display a signal only the fans spin.any help?

system:
cpu-i3 540
mobo-biostar tp55
Ram-4gb ddr3
psu-500w corsair

notes:
card works in my other rig no problem

i took the 800w psu from my gaming pc and tried it on the arcade's rig and the card still did not work

this mobo has no intergrated gpu nor does it have onboard display ports(vga,hdmi,or otherwise)
the pcie is 2.0 compatible.

the pcie slot is fine i have a geforce 610 that works in it no problems
 
i have both 6 pins plugged in

    Well, at this point, I'd do two things:
     
    1) See if there's a newer BIOS for the motherboard that you can flash.
     
    2) Look to test the motherboard barebones, meaning taking it out of the case and put it on a non-conductive surface.  Mainly what you're doing here is to see if something's shorting the PCI-e slot when you have the 560 in.  Now, it works fine with your 610, but it's possible something else is going on.
     
    If neither of those work, then it's possible you might just have a compatibility issue.

    have you tried all the outputs on the card to make sure its not just 1 output not working right?

    yea i tried all outputs,i actually got the card to work then after restart same issue happened
