With a new platform and new DDR4, it was expected imho.  I would have been very critical as well but with the exception of these times of too many new things.  From history it is known when a new platform, especially new Ram added to the mix will have quite a few bugs.  I have confidence they will be ironed out.  It just takes time which can be an enemy to most.

I have time. 4 months to be exact, and then I will be stationary in the US again.

I knew there was a risk of this happening. I only want the manufacturer to acknowledge that they are trying to figure out if it is something hardware related, bios related, or a minor defect that they are trying to identify.

That is all I request. The voltage issue with the bios is something I hope they address.. 1.1 +.250 does Not equal 1.375 at all.
