ah...just fully understood the last part...forgot about crossfire running....
He is saying that once you crossfire any of the 5750-5870 cards eyefinity will still only run 1 monitor. You would have to un-crossfire them to support 6 monitors with both cards or 3 on one. Hopefully ATI will fix this in a later driver update so we can run 6 monitors off cards running in crossfire. With the 5970 and its on-board crossfire bridge you can still run eyefinity to have 3 monitors.

so if you ask about one today he could order parts for it immediately and get started asap, you would also be taking my spot in line most likely as i wont be going with him to have mine made.. found one that is already made

lol.. the weight would be the least of my worries.. a single stage cascade costs in the neighborhood of $1500, i have seen a five stage that was $13,000 in parts alone

yes far cheaper... but dice only goes -100°C and short term. that could run all day so long as the FEDS don't come checking out why your power so high

now to find a good waterblock for it and my 5870.
still need a pump and resevoir
decided to watercool the motherboard as well.
my 600 dollar budget turned into about 1400 L O L

anyone know where i can find the 24 pin cable that allows me to run 2 power supply? aka lets the motherboard trigger 2 power supplys to turn on. since im running 2 seperate supplies for my mountain mods build
