well im officially on spring break now, just updated my bios from S615 to 49 and hope that this helps my cpu oc some, and i will be getting my hands on a 9600gt 1gb, a 8800gt 320mb, and possibly my brothers gtx 295, should be able to get a few cups on hwbot with the 9600gt since their are not to many people that have

Why are you using so much voltage? You should easily do 4.2ghz (turbo mode on) w/1.32v vcore. Set your vdroop to Without and drop your vcore to 1.3125v. Lower your vtt down to +75. cpu pll to 1.450v, leave your qpi pll on auto.
101 is vcore but could to high or to low. 9c is vcore to low. 124 can be vtt and vcore mix with a possible ioh.
ill give this ago tonight after work.. i had already tryed this ut with more VVT and 1.5 on the CPU PPLand i was geting restarts w/o warning and lock ups the lock ups didnt happen very oftern i was mostly getting linx errors. but to get to 4.2 it took me almost 1.34 vcore for it to even look at linX or prime and i could get 4.1 to pass 11 passes of with 1.30625 and +225 then it restart on me

Thanks guys. Yes, reg, I kind of had that expectation of at least 5ghz. That took about 10 min. Probably has a lot more hidden in it, I just have to figure out the combination of bios settings. Looking at hwbot, everyone has the vcore pushed through the roof...1.7,1.8...1.9  on ES chips. I'm at 1.57 now @5ghz...but probably no where near stable for a bench run. Just wanted to get a quick read on what it could do. Had to flash to latest 759_49 bios to get it to post, and use the latest e-leet to OC so it could see six cores.  Look at the large the stock heatsink!!! And included thermal paste!

I have to wait til Monday. BTW I still have not figured out why my board will not restart with out turning power supply off. Tried everthing. Do not want to rma if they are going to give me a 760 though.

Yea, I wouldn't either..love those original 759's. Have you taken everything apart, stripped it down to nothing, including taking the cpu out of the socket? Then reassemble? You have another PSU to test with?

Did all that and tried 3 different psu and a different cpu. Also each stick of ram in each slot one at a time. Board works fine just will not restart with out turning psu off.

well that's interesting...i see Q grabbed a 40k over all score, but yet his gpu's are 2k lower? what gives sir??? meaning..my 38k score with 42.8k on gpus and his 40.1k on gpus

2x295's Good for 4th place on the bot. 3 points away from andre yang!!! Look at those ridiculously low gpu clocks and I still cranked out 4th place. This CPU changes EVERYTHING!

I guess when you add 13-14,000 cpu points, it more than makes up the 2k+ point loss on the gpu side.

Not cold enough to crank 'em back up...remember I rely on the weather and it was 70F here today, lol. I wish I built that chiller I was planning... I could probably get 2nd place and kick K|ngP|n's ratty a** outta there. I'm just having fun now...I don't care about the scores

that's actually not a good trade off.... considering you can get yur 2k points back...you just have to clock back up and slightly change your quad settings for 6 core settings.  you dont need a chiller...point the portable ac at the case and have at..
