yes, it's a windows thing...if you let your computer sit for a minute or two right after you boot it up..superfetch starts indexing your files in a way that it tries to figure out what you use most and keep it handy.

My HDD died and im doing the freezer trick, just it didnt work the first time, and now ive basically turned it in to a fish........Dont worry, the water isnt actually touching the HDD.....
