Geforce Experience causing Game minimizing

Hi, after hours of research i found out that Geforce experience is causing my full screen games to minimize every hour by cheking for updates. I tried to disable this process but Experience doesnt have the option to prevent that, so the only possibility is to end the task completely.
Do you have any other solution? Why is Geforce Experience affecting my games negatively, aren't it supposed to help me run games smoothly? Would be great if someone can help me.

    GeForce Experience is deeply flawed and just plain useless bloatware. You should set your ingame graphics settings manually yourself. It isn't that hard to learn how to do. AA should be 4x and Anisotropic Filtering should be 16x. Everything else depends on what your harware can handle. I hope I got that right.
