Cool Jacob you know I was waiting for this one. Any plans for the Titan X to do this as well? I was going to buy 4 of these then the Titan came out and went that route instead. Thanks.

The upgrade kit says "This upgrade kit is comaptible with all "reference" style GeForce GTX 980 graphics cards" so is my 980 FTW a no go coz not going to lie I kind of wanna do this haha

I bought my graphics cards 17 months ago, and they didn't come with those wire tie straps... EVGA owes me a set of those straps...

OK, totally joking on this one, that isn't serious at all. I have 3 of the power supplies and plenty of the straps, lol.

Jacob, "this fits any reference style 980 and comes with the shroud" will this not work with reference boards that have ACX coolers attached? I just want to clarify for users with ACX coolers, as the question will come up. This looks like a great solution to the kraken g10 and x41 setup. Well done. I bet they sell like hot cakes.

It needs to be reference since it uses the reference fan to cool the vrm & memory. The acx fans are in completely different locations.

That is what I figured, since the ACX wouldn't even fit with this attached, but I am curious if they may include a heat plate and fan for an additional cost (I know it won't happen, but wait 30 minutes to an hour, and someone will post a thread asking this exact question rather than reading this, lol).

Technically it can fit on more cards, but the problem is the shroud.

I noticed there is a lower layer on the heatsink, without using the shround. Would this fit onto my 980 kpe or would I still need a shim? Thanks

I have a couple of questions, who makes the AIO cooler/pump? Does the EVGA Hybrid logo light up when it's on?

I'm so tempted to buy this, especially with it being able to push most games on ultra @ 1440p over 60fps.

Edit: One I forgot to ask, is this just a standard 980 card? I'm curious about something that's been cherry picked for better OC!

Don't think so. Can be inferred from pics and video.

#2 Seeing how this is just the price of the reg 980 + 99.99 for the cooler (also what it costs separate). I would highly doubt that. Only binned chips from evga I believe are for ftw+, classy, kpe etc.

Looks similar to the AMD R9 295X2 CCL system they used, But EVGA's CCL will Probably work much better on a single GPU card cooling application.

I still want one of these for my Titan Signature, I can use my old arctic cooling accelero hybrid one but would rather have an EVGA one where all I would have to do is pop on a custom shroud and have at it.. -.-

Wish it had dual bios. Odds are those cards are gonna hit a voltage wall before a temp wall.

I guess damaged components are not covered in the warranty... I will never buy closed loop water cooled components that do not cover other components that are damaged if there is a leak. Corsair covers damage to other components. Based on EVGA ignoring my question, it sounds like they do not.

    +1 good question
If Corsair comes out with one of these units I am all in if only corsair would move into motherboard and gpus, but do not see that happening for some time if at all.
