5.3.8 is up now, please try this if you were having OSD issues, especially in DX9 titles.

Looks like the same issues on my end.  No OSD in Skyrim or Fallout NV, at least.
 
Update (09202015 @ 0830):  OSD works in COD: Ghosts with a 60Hz 4K screen at 4K resolution.
Update (09202015 @ 1115):  OSD works in Metro: Last Light at 4K resolution.
Update (09202015 @ 1130):  OSD works in Shadow of Mordor at 4K.
Update (09282015 @ 0602):  OSD works in Sniper Elite III at 4K.
Update (10032015 @ 2021):  OSD NOT working in Fallout NV at 4K.
 
So, it is not working in Skyrim or Fallout NV (both DX9 games).

Game: Watch_Dogs Steam/Uplay latest version with DLC
 
Problem: Does not launch if PrecisionX 16 is loaded

Far Cry 4 will not run with 5.3.8 at all, not just OSD.

Can you please explain to me how you got it working? I can't get the OSD to work in Fallout 4. Using Nvidia Drivers 358.91 with Precision 5.3.10

Not sure if its Fallout 4 or the reshade/sweetfx causing this to happen but no OSD is showing up in Fallout 4.

Also I'm running the game at 2K DSR from my native 1920x1080. Maybe that's why it isn't working. (nope, just tried it, still doesn't work in fallout 4 at my native res)

It doesn't seem like the framerate target is working either. I set it to 58 and in-game framerate is showing 60 according to fraps.

I can confirm that osd isn't working in the witcher 3 either.

BF4 OSD is still not working... tried latest 5.3.10
 
It was working in Battlefront for a little while.. but now completely stopped working.. not sure what changed.

Running 5.3.10 here on Windows 10, and it causes GTA5 to crash on startup, even with OSD stuff supposedly disabled.
 
Will try and test on an older version.
 
EDIT: Tested back to 5.3.7 so far, crashing every time. Not good!

I can't get the fps counter to work in lcd display or osd matter of fact the osd doesn't work at all in fallout 4,running 5.3.10 on win 10 x64, with the latest video driver aswell.

OSD with arma 3 isn't working for ages,(works only if I force arma3.exe from root folder) is it going to be implemented any day soon

Same here BO3 crash at start with precision active. Try with version 5.3.9.1, 5.3.8 same problem. Hope that there is a update coming soon. :(

OSD problem with Hitman and Rise of the tomb raiders in DX12. I have to disable osd then lauch the game then activate osd in game menu for Hitman. When i select 2560x1440 in game menu osd deactivate. Rise of the tomb raiders doesn't work.

is there some one in EVGA working on these problems or are we just filling up some blank space..... would like a solution 4 the game crash in BO3 and more games .... what i read from others, is that the steam games doesn't work correct with Precision.
 
 
hi all steam has fixed the error so i can play BO3 again with precision X16 turned on.

Since the last patch for HITMAN, DX12 osd work ok. Rise of tomb raider still no go.

Still no action in Trackmania 2/Maniaplanet, need to go back to AB which works......

Since 5.3.11 release, the OSD does not show on Ark: Survival Evolved.
I play through Steam. Thanks in advance.
edit: my other Steam games show the OSD properly. (Standed Deep...)

OSD has never worked in ARMA3 for me. Is this not a game precision is capable of supporting?

OSD doesn't work for Skyrim or Witcher 3 for me.
