Yes you do.  I bought three from Newegg and got three sets of codes.  Still working on my build so I have not installed any of them yet.  Will finish my build this weekend when my mother board water block hopefully gets in.

What am I chopped liver?  You saw my signature right?  Really.  Read the offer, it says per card purchased.

Re: Game Bundle Guide! 2013/12/31 03:40:28 (permalink)
What an amazing value, stuff like this is why I always go with EVGA. I just redeemed my copies of Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag and Splinter Cell Blacklist (Deluxe Edition!) for the purchase of an EVGA GTX 760 SC ACX and I haven't even received the card yet. Can't wait to have it on my hands, register it and get Rise Of The Triad + Painkiller Hell & Damnation + Deadfall Adventures for free too!

I've seen a lot of confusion about these promos, here's what I know:

1. The "Pirates, Heroes and Spies" promo

This promo is RUN BY NVIDIA, what that means is that you NEED to get the promo codes FROM THE RETAILER. As far as I know, EVGA can ONLY provide you with codes IF you buy the card from the EVGA online store. This is what you get (Batman only with a 770 or greater of course):

- Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag (Special Edition) - Uplay (100% discount code)
- Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist (Digital Deluxe Edition) - Uplay (100% discount code)
- Batman Arkham Origins - Steam (Steam Code)

What you get in the first two cases is a promo code to use at checkout on the Uplay store that makes those games FREE (100% discount). Don't try to put the code directly into the Uplay client. Instructions should have been provided by the retailer or you can check them out on the Nvidia website.

2. Painkiller Hell & Damnation + Deadfall Adventures promos

These are run by EVGA themselves so you can buy your card almost anywhere and get the games as long as you register the card at the EVGA website and upload a valid invoice (make sure that it has your name on it and, if possible, the serial number, just to be safe).

3. The Rise of the Triad promo

This is almost the same as #2, except the fine print says you need to purchase your graphics card "from an authorized reseller". I'm not sure if they check that you meet this condition, it may not be required. I bought my card on "PC Componentes" here in Spain and they happen to be one of their authorized resellers, so I thnk I'm on the clear about this one.

I hope this information helps!

Hi,

I got a 780Ti Classified from Amazon, but they are telling me that it isn't eligible. Any ideas how to get them to honor the deal?

Thanks!

Hey I bought one from them too and I've been having the hardest time getting it out of them. Have you had any luck?

I got a 770 Classified from Amazon and they are refusing me the Splinter Cell/ACIV bundle.  They say my card isn't eligible, even though i bought from this page:

http://

Any advice?  Can nVidia/EVGA help me, or am I left to deal only with Amazon?

Did you get anything out of Amazon at the end?

Amazon told me to stuff it because the classified isn't called out in the promotion. Waiting on a response from EVGA via email.

Amazon.com is clearly a "participating partner"/"selected retailer" for this promotion (and they have their own page for it).

I have no idea why they would try scam you out of your games. The terms and conditions for this promotion are set by Nvidia NOT by Amazon and geforce.com/pirates clearly states:

"Get this Season's best bundle of Assassin's Creed® IV Black Flag™ and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell® Blacklist™ free with the purchase of a qualifying GeForce GTX 660 or above. Arm yourself with a GeForce GTX 770, 780, 780 Ti or TITAN, and you'll also get Batman™: Arkham Origins."

They have to give you the games as a participating partner or they're essentially breaking the terms and conditions.

The issue source is unclear.

But the main issue is that Amazon does not recognize the 780Ti Classified as being part of the promotion. So they need their docs updated.

I know thats the thing they have to update their documents but every time I talk to them they cant even get it that far. They say, yes they can see that I am suppose to get it but they just don't know who escalate it to. I am busy talking to someone about it right now and he doesn't know what to do either.

A little bit of good news, I received my codes just now. So I would say the classified cards can get the game bundle. Just use chat support and send them all the links of the promotion and they will talk to their promotional department and they will send it to you.

I would also like to know why Tigerdirect doesn't offer the free games for the 780 Ti Classified.  Chatted with them and they just said flat out that it doesn't come with any free games.

It's exactly the same issue people are having with Amazon. TigerDirect is a participating partner and ALL GTX 700 series graphic cards qualify for the promotion. They HAVE to provide the codes (as long as their supply lasts). Keep trying.

Ya under the nvidia link it shows that both of them are participating partners. What I did was that I just used chat support and I sent them all the links about the promotion and told them that I clearly am eligible for the promotion and to send it to the promotion department. Just argue with them and don't shouldn't give up.

Here are the links:
Apparently I am not allowed to post links yet sorry for that, If you want to know the links let me know and I'll try to figure out something.

Good Luck

Called Tigerdirect and they refused to bundle the game with it.  Told them both Evga and Geforce.com list it as eligible but to no avail.  Dude was pretty stubborn and I did not feel like arguing.  Wanted to order from Evga.com but now they are oos again sigh...

Sorry to hear that man, I personally have never used TigerDirect so I don't have any experience with them. I just don't know how they can flat out say no to the promotion even though it shows they are with their logo. Maybe you can contact nvidia or evga and ask them about it.

Exactly same thing with my order on Amazon - they only emailed the code for free Batman Origins. ....I waited a week and no other emails for the other 2 games, ..so I used the Amazon chat function.
1) 1st guy said he couldn't help , he had to transfer me to another guy who deals with that area
2) 2nd guy got disconnected ( supposedly )
3) I got back into chat with a 3rd person, a woman ... who told me she can't do it either but that she would email the 'promotions' dept. and that they would then email me back with the other 2 codes.... ( after I also linked her all the info about eligibility )
4) I actually got 2 emails from promotions dept at Amazon - & got my game codes for Assass Creed Black Flag & S.C. Blacklist

.....Don't realize why it has to be such a hassle ???  ...but finally got them all.

Ya I really didn't think it would take that long and such difficulty either, I did the exact same thing but i chatted to over 10 people about it. It's so hard to deal with them about it and it's not like you're going to let $150 worth of games go to waste. Glad you got it, happy gaming.

Looks like taking a promotional discount on Newegg for my 780ti SC ACX made me ineligible for any game bundles after a CS rep told me distinctly they would be able to do both before I ordered. Oh well.

Wat. You're not "ineligible" at all, tell them to re-read the terms and conditions of the promo. They owe you some games, don't give up so easily.

They pretty much told me to pound sand. Not much recourse. Unfortunately, it also looks like since my card was a gift and I was on vacation over the holiday, I missed the 14 day registration window and my card is not eligible for step-up on the off chance Maxwell came out in the next two months. Little disappointed in my experience so far - even though I love the card.
