Hi Everyone
 
I've got a buzz sound from my GTX1070 SC when gaming, e.g The Witcher3 or Endless Legend. My FPS are capped at 60 , Vsync active. The sound is like in this video (which is not from me):
 
 
The fans also make an annoying howling sound when spinning around 40% like this:

Never had issues like this before. My old 770 worked flawlessly without any strange noise.
I've changed my Be Quiet 620 L8 for a EVGA supernova 850 P2, thinking that it could solve the problem, but it didn't.
Is there a lot of people who have this problem?
Should I RMA? Is there something I could do?
I'm waiting for the thermal pads (status awaiting shipment), but I wonder if it's worth it.
