GTX1070 FTW fans dont stop at idle ?

hello everyone, i've a ftw and i 've updated yesterday my gpu bios and jus one time its fans stopped and then i started today again but its fans continue spinning always. dont stop at 31 C . i dismarked the Enable Automatic Fan control on precisonx . but it doesnt work. please help me?

    Are you on the secondary slave BIOS (physical switch on card near the power connector)? The slave profile always has the fan running. Switch it back to Master and reboot. It can take a few reboots to take effect.

    secondary bios is switching to the left? it has already switched on the right . i will turn it into opposite now.
