What is your Asic quality ?

I currently have a 980 Ti SC+ card, part # 06G-P4-4995-KR  and I can not seem to get it very far for overclocking. Help would be appreciated please :)
 
My setup (for now) is
Biostar TA880GU3+ AM3 Socket MB
AMD Phenom II x4 B50 (all 4 unlocked) CPU
16mb DDR3 ram
ThermalTake 650w PSU
 
 
Soon the 980 TI card will be swapped into a setup with a Asus Z170I MB, Toshiba OCZ RD400 M.2 SSD ,32gb DDR4 2400 ram, and a Intel I5 6600k CPU as soon as I get the rest of the parts ordered. So for now it is in my OLD setup...

66.9% is my GPU ASIC quality.

That is why, sad to say you did not win the silicon lotto. The best you could get is 1400 MHz range  sorry buddy

That is not true at all. The % just means there is more of a voltage leak so to achieve the same OC than a higher ASIC rated chip, you would have to input more v to compensate.

more voltage does not help with Maxwell. Only under LN2. Youre pretty much stuck with what you achieve with the stock bios and stock voltage.

I have a 980 Ti Hybrid. Which BIOS version should I use? The descriptions are confusing.
