GTX 980 SC VERY Unstable while playing Diablo 3, RoS, have tested older drivers, PLS HELP.

Hello.
For over a week i have been frustrated while playing Diablo 3, Reaper of Souls.
I randomly get lag while playing, sometimes it crashes or freezes for 10 seconds or more. (Mostly need game restart)
This issue occurs on my very new PC Setup, Fresh Installation.
 
(Any other game runs perfectly, BF4 + World of Warcraft for ex. )
 
Have tested with many Drivers, New and Old, No difference really.
Have tested with many different In-Game Settings, Fullscreen / Windowed / No Sound. /1080p / 4K with DSR... Nothing Helps..
 
Would really appreciate if someone could look into this and give me some help in replies & answers.

    Well, I also play Diablo IIII ROS  back & forth  - I can tell you that over the past month or maybe longer they definitely have had some connection issues in their servers
     
    Sometimes it is really bad , - just yesterday they announced it was down for maintenance again ... so don't feel too bad, if everything else you play is fine- it is Blizzard not you !
