GTX 970 FTW+ or GTX 980 FTW?

Hello.
 
 
I want to buy a new graphics card, but I read recently about problems with GTX 970 (regarding memory usage and stuttering).
 
Before these problems I liked the card GTX 970 FTW + because: backplate, improved power and "second backplate" for memory.
 
 
 
However, I do not want to risk and buy a GTX 980. I was thinking about FTW version.
 
Does have a similar structure cooling as the GTX 970 FTW +?
 I care for efficient cooling and quiet, but I do not know what to choose.
 
 

 
Is higher model also has a cooling plate?

 
 
 
Is the EVGA  accepts returns GTX 970 due to problems with memory?
 
 
Does anyone have a GTX 980 FTW? I was looking for the tests, but I can not find it.
Is this card is quiet and cool?
As cooling looks relative to the GTX 970 FTW +?
Is the GTX 980 FTW has improved power control?


Sorry for bad english. I am very confused the current situation and do not know what to choose. Price does not matter.

    Get the 980 if you can afford it. It is going to last a little bit longer and have a little more power than will help keep newer games slightly faster.

    Go with the 980. It's a better card all around.

    ty for the answers. Is this card is quiet? has such features as 970 ftw + (MMCP – Memory MOSFET Cooling Plate, Straight Heat Pipes, better power system)?

    It is quiet, from what users on the forum say. The 980ftw is a good candidate for being awesome in your PC.
