GTX 970 EVGA BUGS

Hello everyone. Bought a EVGA GTX 970  one month ago and  when full load i m having some artifacts. I aready unistal the old Windows 7 and now using Windows 8.1 but the problem still the same. Aready tried EVGA Precion, still the same. My PC is a FX-6300, mobo m5a78L-M LX V2, 8gb ddr 3 1333Mhz, 700W power supply. My old Radeon 5770 used to run smooth in this same machine. Should i request RMA?

    I'm noticing nothing but issues with the 900 series!? I haven't tried mine yet as I just received the Backplates, but I'm out for the moment. Will analyze it when I set up my Rig.

    All Not Only EVGA Models.
    It is Driver Issues with all 900 Series Cards.
    I just picked up two EVGA 980 HC but have not yet installed them.

    I think the 344.16 driver is the best driver so far for the 900 series, Probably the next major driver will fix most problems.

    Mine does that in a few games, I think its a combination of games/drivers.

    I'm on the 344.48 driver for my GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0 and just finished playing BF4 and haven't notice anything yet. I will continue testing...
