I've owned my Card for about 6 months now and almost all games stop responding and then the message.  Usually have to force quit the game through task manager.  I've tried, uninstalling the drivers, then boot into safemode using DDU, disable my network adapter and install new drivers with clean install option.  I've tried messing with the settings in the NVIDIA control panel with no success.  I've ordered a new PSU, the EVGA Super Nova G2 750W.  When that comes I will try reinstalling new drivers once I change out the old PSU for the new one.  Personally I don't think my PSU is bad, but I'm worried that the issue with my card is widespread.  Please advice...

Open the nVidia Control Panel and try running in 'DeBug Mode' and see if you still have problems. When installing drivers I recommend using Advanced/Custom install method unchecking all boxes except for Display driver and PhysX. Then check the box for 'Clean Install'. Reboot then re-apply your settings in the Control Panel.

It sounds like the video board is failing and time to apply for an RMA replacement. Only other way to be sure it it the video board is to try it in another PC. If you don't have another PC or a friend with a PC to try it in just sumit a Support Ticket to get the RMA process started.

Hold on.  The driver crashed but was not in debug mode.  Restarting the computer puts the card back in non/debug mode.  So technically the card has not crashed YET while in debug mode.  I now know, everytime I boot my computer, turn on debug mode in the NVIDIA control panel.

I also downloaded Precision x.  Not sure if that can help with any of this but it's installed.  Also, I hooked up the new PSU  750 G2 Supernova and it seems to be working fine, the PSU.   Should I try taking the card outta debug mode with the new PSU installed or should I keep it in debug mode?

Try running in normal mode by unchecking the Debug mode thingy in the NVCPL. If your video board runs fine in Debug but not at normal clock speeds then it needs to be replaced by submitting a Support Ticket to get the RMA process started.

Well, I think my Video card is fine.  Haven't used debug mode since putting in the new PSU and everything has been smooth as can be.
