I have a GTX 970 hooked to a BenQ GW2765HT via a Display Port cable. Everything is fine until I shut off the monitor. When I turn it back on it doesn't see the signal and goes into sleep mode.

Unplugging the DP cable and plugging it back in fixes it and the picture comes back. Also when I boot the computer there is no video until I get to the windows log in screen so getting into the BIOS is not possible.

Any ideas I've seen a few different posts about display port issues just not sure if it's the monitor, cable, GPU or some other issue. Thanks for the help.

Contact EVGA tech support. I believe EVGA has a vBIOS update for this issue.
