My problem is ive just installed this GTX 059 SC+ ACX 2.0 and when i run precision x its show my fans are not spinning.so side panel came of my case and low and behold they are not running. Can someone please tell me if this is normal?  My system specs are more than capable of running this card without any probs. Has anyone else encountered this problem with the same card???

Welcome to the forums..GTX 950 ACX 2.0 cards are designed to turn fans off below 60C (link)..Fans should turn on at or slightly above that temp.

I want to make it very clear that the fans turning off below 60C will not do ANY damage to the card. However, if you feel uncomfortable about it like many others then you can set PrecisionX to open on Windows start and set a fan profile/curve.
