Hello, I happen to have a problem with one of its products, I happen to have bought a EVGA GTX 950 2GB , and the problem is that once begun fans graphics card continue with that steady pace , there are times when the speed increases and it stays there and you can not modify can you give me some solution ? I've tried reinstalling the drivers but nothing...

    Card may have a faulty fan controller if you can't adjust the fan speed via precision x. Check the fan cable on the pcb to make sure it's fully seated.
