I need to get a better graphics card for my dell inspiron 560 and someone recommended the EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti. I'm concerned because I don't know if it will work properly. I'm not an expert by any means, so please be kind and explain in kiddy language :P
My concern is that once it's installed something else will be affected by it and mess things up.
Thanks for any help in advance

What are the exact hardware specs for your Dell? The Inspiron 560 probably had several different configurations to choose from. Which CPU, PSU wattage, current video board if any?

I doubt it will work due to the bios being outdated.
