Ok, I'm new to 'over clocking'.. I'm playing a game called Black Desert online, and I got the card to 'improve' the look, now recently I had my video card set to the following 'overclocks':  GPU over clock +125, Mem overclock +75

A freind recommended those settings as it was based on a video he had seen.. and those settings appeared the 'most stable'. I was running my game in 'high end' mode and everything looks great, got 30+ FPS and things were good.. Well, recent new game patch, also software updates to my PC's drivers, video card and I cannot seem to get the same 'performance' on highend I get only 17-19 FPS, so figured to check on a newer version of the overclocker program and downloaded the Precision XOC since it said it allowed for 'greater tweeking'.. Now I was also thinking it would 'run' some kind of 'test' on my video card and system to determine better settings.. but.. does it do that? can I do that.? or do I have to do everything manually?  So..  suggestions welcome... thanks

Ok.. as for 'make and model' I build my own.. but here is the system:

Make and Model   -- Self Build
    Motherboard  --ASUS  B85M-G
    CPU    --  CPU Intel Pentium G3258 @ 3.20Ghz  3.20Ghz
    Memory  --  RAM  16.0  GB
    Power Supply  -- CX  750 M
As for the 'benchmarks'... I don't have either program.. unfortunately I don't have the funds atm to afford them.. ;-(  so looks like no benchmarks..  sorry..

Fire Strike and 3DMarks Benchmarks are free to run so it is no cost to you.
What monitor resolution are you running and what monitor do you have?
I would say set your Games at Medium to High with that card.
