Hi everyone,
So my video card is an EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW. It has been working perfectly for about a year. Suddenly, it stopped working three days ago.
Firstly, it failed to show video, I tested all the video ports (HDMI, DVI & Display Port) and the problem remained the same for all of them.
Secondly, I connected the video card to the next PCI-E slot and the problem still persisted. No video at all. (Also tested the PCI-E slots with a different video card and they are fine.)
After connecting and disconnecting the video card several times, turns out that my PC won't start when the video card is connected to the motherboard on any PCI-E slot.
I also tried connecting ONLY the power supply to the video card without connecting the card itself to the motherboard and the PC started successfully. But the video card did not start, it was not receiving power at all. (video card fans did not turn on) My video card seems like dead.
After taking a closer look at the video card, I noticed that It has a small scratch and a pewter square that looks like melted.

Unfortunately, I failed to register my product within the 30 days after purchase. Any suggestion? Please let me know. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.
