Hi everyone,
So my video card is an EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW. It has been working perfectly for about a year. Suddenly, it stopped working three days ago.
Firstly, it failed to show video, I tested all the video ports (HDMI, DVI & Display Port) and the problem remained the same for all of them.
Secondly, I connected the video card to the next PCI-E slot and the problem still persisted. No video at all. (Also tested the PCI-E slots with a different video card and they are fine.)
After connecting and disconnecting the video card several times, turns out that my PC won't start when the video card is connected to the motherboard on any PCI-E slot.
I also tried connecting ONLY the power supply to the video card without connecting the card itself to the motherboard and the PC started successfully. But the video card did not start, it was not receiving power at all. (video card fans did not turn on) My video card seems like dead.

After taking a closer look at the video card, I noticed that It has a small scratch and a pewter square that looks like melted.

Unfortunately, I failed to register my product within the 30 days after purchase. Any suggestion? Please let me know. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

You can still rma the card even if you didn't register the card within the first 30 days. Check and see if you have any warranty left by doing a guest rma.

What is the Guest RMA process and why does it help?

    • No registration is required to submit a request.
    • Warranty submission is done through a simple online form without contacting tech support through the phone.
    • You know if you're under warranty right away, if you're under warranty you can submit an RMA.
    • You can work with EVGA's legendary tech support for troubleshooting if you wish, or you can skip and send your product in.

I just checked and it still has 503 days of warranty left, I also submitted a guest RMA request.
I will update the case when I receive a reply.

    Thank You!

My guest RMA request was approved. Now I just have to send in my video card to EVGA.
Do this means that my video card will be replaced? Or do they still need to estimate upon receipt whether a replacement or paid repair must be done?

    Thanks!
