Hi I have a GTX 690 that has stopped working  I have removed it to have a look and noticed the white serial sticker missing the black one is still there but the system does not recognise that. I still have the original box with the serial number on and that confirms that the Card is only 11 weeks old please advise on what I can do

I had the same  problem and I was able to RMA with no issue.  First call  the support dept. and log in your RMAS.  Then copy your S/N from the box and tape it to the card.  Then send it back in the original box and you should be fine

    npottle,

I was able to look at your account, but did not notice a GTX 690 registered on your account.  If the serial number is visible on the back of the box, please go ahead and log into your account, register the video card, and upload a copy of the invoice.  Once this is done you will have to contact us via support ticket or phone, so that we may assist you with a Support ticket number to request your RMA.

If the sticker on the back of the video card is missing, or not visible, then we would recommend cutting the one off the box and taping it to the back of the video card at the time you are going to send it in.   Making sure to take a picture or scan it for your records.

Please contact us, once you have registered your video card, so we can further assist you.  Our 24/7 Technical Support number is 888.881.3842
