Got one installed and up and running. First water cooling experience for me. So far so good. I would like to add some more fans for push/pull configuration, but it is right around 29 C. Which coming from a 260 SLI setup is great temps. Considering my previous idled around low to mid 60s. http://www.modsrigs.com/detail.aspx?BuildID=30872 For some reason the pictures seem to come and go. I will check it out tomorrow if they are still acting funny. Let me know. I would like to get some full case pictures in there, but am still needing to do the lighting for the case. Coming soon I guess.

I just bought mine over at newegg a few minutes ago. I was wondering if I would get Borderlands 2 when I register it or is that offer from the EVGA store only.

If you are getting 29c at full load, no reason to add more fans man. That is a great temp to be at. Now that you have a classy on water, what is the max overclock you are getting? I have a GTX 690 and have my CPU and GPU in the same loop and I get a max of 36c at full load and that is with 3 360 Rads in the loop all using single fans, no push/pull. Couldnt be happier about the temps.

Wow...seriously? No offense but this is probably the biggest false advertisement for a video card that I've ever seen. A month or so ago, you CLAIMED to have a batch of these...and the auto-notify failed to let anyone know. Pretty much the same situation happened with the 2gig version of the hydro copper. I would like to hear an explanation as to why we've been led on for months on a water-cooling video card that has never fully materialized for the general public for consumption. You guys need to step up and provide some answers! NOT just leave people hanging for months waiting on an imaginary product that was never going to be made.....then say, "oh we're not going to make these anymore" and leave potential customers hanging out to dry.

I have a really good idea for all you guys. How about you go and buy a machine shop, then machine yourself the waterblocks! Then you can make your own 680 hydro copper and will stop complaining about things EVGA has absolutely no control over!!!

No control over? Look, I was waiting for months for this. I've custom-made my current video cards. I have no problem with making my own...been there, done that. And it looks like since this company is so incompetent, I will do it again. What I have a problem with is a company advertising a fictional product. EVGA has no control over that? That's BS sir! The control is.....if you don't intend to make this to the general public, don't advertise a product for months that is never going to be made to the public on your company website. Don't tease us with an auto-notify(which didn't work by the way- another thing they can control and failed) when it's never going to be available.

They were available I myself got two of them. I don't mean to offend anyone but If you truly wanted one of these cards bad enough you'd know the release and from previous gens and the reg. 680 HC 2Gb you'd know that stock is very limited and hard to come by after release. I did miss the first shipment of cards on release but they soon had more stock and were restocking all nighty of release. So there was a good number of them out there. Just a lot of die hards F5ing to get em. I also under stand that its frustrating and annyoing that knowing they will more than likely not restock again that they keep the product pages up. There is a happy medium in there, Finding it is not always the easiest. Again I do apologize if anyone takes offense but its how it is. I was in this same situation when I first was looking to upgrade I wanted the 680 HC 2Gb but missed the released and by then I heard bout the HC classy and a lot of research to make sure I'd get a couple.

Sorry, no offense to you. But most people have jobs with lives and can't sit around F5ing for products. I too, was trying for the 2gig, and missed that one. Then, I waited the 2nd time around for the 4gig. Auto-notify didn't go through on the first batch of 4gigs. I would literally check every day to see if there were any available after that(since I knew I couldn't trust the auto-notify). Never notified on any follow-up batches....and never saw when any other batches were available. So I'm curious to know how and when you knew when these releases were. So I don't get how you KNEW of these so-called releases and WHEN they actually happened. One thing's for sure....no one was notified via auto-notify.

I did not know the exact hour it would be released but the day was announced prior to release via twitter from Jacob. I was off that day and was at school. So during lecture i was able to F5 I believe it was at around 630-7pm Central not that it means anything. I missed the first batch and they kept restocking until about Midnight then I stopped keeping track. I Found following Jacob on twitter to help a lot with being able to get my order in on these.

Hartsocks....thanks for responding and letting me know how you were able to get your 680s. However, I shouldn't have to follow Jacob (on Twitter) to find out when a batch of cards is available. And if they were indeed restocking every night, shouldn't the auto-notify get kicked off? I have to admit I'm still pretty steamed about all of this in general. But I'll get it over it and realize I'll have to make my own water-cooled cards.....again! lol I'm just very disappointed mainly because I wasted my time waiting for months on something that never really materialized. Very sad because I know many people would want these cards....lots of potential revenue is being lost. I wish I knew the full story of why they aren't going to make these anymore. Heck, if you are not going to take a potential customer's money from their hands, at least explain why not? Ok, I'm done with my rant guys and I wish you the best of luck.
