     Problem ! uninstall card, blow out case, fans, card, ( done this b/4 ) reinstall everything,  card says power down an connect pci-e power cords !   Do over again, same problem !   Any ideas ?                                                                                                                              Thanks SMS !

    Use a different set of cables?

     Sorry !   Just found combo 6/8 pin plug, last 2 pins on one plug did not seat fully !  Thanks SMS ~!
