Hi guys, I've been getting sporadic crashes that don't really seem to have a cause. I can be playing a game for an hour and a half without crashing then when I reboot it runs for 5 minutes then crashes and so forth and so forth, I'm not sure what the cause is it seems to happen after a random duration of time. I've never had it happen on the desktop or watching videos, only in games. I've tried ALOT of things. I got the card from my brother after my old 560 TI died, it is flashed to have a higher voltage (1212mV) however I don't believe it to be this as I did alot of troubleshooting.
1.) Flashed BIOS on the card back to stock, ran it for a while. Still crashed randomly.
2.) Did a clean reinstall of Windows, installed newest Nvidia drivers and EVGA Precision. Still crashed randomly.
3.) Bought a new PSU thinking the 12v rail was weak, have a SeaSonic SSR-650RM now the 12v rail is constantly stable at 11.681v even under heavy load. Still crashed randomly.
4.) Ran a Memtest86 pass, no errors. Still crashed randomly
5.) Underclocked by -25mhz thinking the boost might be acting freaky. Still crashed randomly.
I'm at ends wit here after spending a week and 90 bucks to try to fix this thing, does anyone have any ideas? I've tried running Furmark for 10 minutes, I've run intensive games like Mechwarrior Online which push it up to 70*c and high usage and it doesn't seem to do anything from what I can see but games like CSGO and Dota 2 will have problems after a random time, I'm sure MWO will do it too if I play long enough. Help please!
