GTX 580 DS SC 80° Idle

Hello some days ago a friend gift me this card and since that day i always had problems of freeze and red horizontal lines...
Today morning also new problem started, the gpu temp raise up to 80° idle and if i start a game it goes up to 100° and turn off with the EVGA logo start blinking...
Today later i put the card in oven 195° for 10 min and since then had no more freezes and no more red lines but the temps are still the same.. i even changed the termal compound.
Anyone know how i can fix?? 
I tried to find bios but it's hard cuz subsystem id 3842.1587 and i only found updates for 1582 and 1580
my actual version is the 70.10.49.00.80
fan always at 70-100%

    Card sounds like it's toast. Time to buy a new card.

    I will probably start new pc from next month with 1070 then!! Thanks anyway!
