So I had some money burning a hole in my pocket and decided to do some upgrading
as it had been a while. New mobo Asus Sabertooth 990FX R3, AMD FX9590, and two
EVGA GTX 1070 SC Black Edition (5173). I had been running a couple of R9 280X Toxics
on a MSI 990FXA GD65 with a AMD FX8320. This setup would not boot with the GTX 1070
hence the new hardware. Now I know AMD blah blah blah, Intel blah blah blah and I am ok
with what I have as I have been running AMD (crippled) chips since the K5 and have always
enjoyed a challenge. Back on topic. I flashed both vid cards and am running all stock speeds
and not a single hiccup. This rig runs GOW 4 in Ultra settings 1920x1080 50" Panasonic Plasma
TV. Grid 2, Project Cars, RotTR, Star Wars Battlefront and Titanfall plus quite a few more all
play at max details and no issues. Guess all I am saying is the system runs stable and
games are smooth so knock on wood and have fun.

Nice build! Hope you enjoy that space heater this winter! Hehehe - I jest because I'm currently heating my own home by folding at home on two gaming rigs and know how much heat they can produce.
