GTX 1070 FTW - CHECKERBOARD Crashes When playing games Randomly?

I am not really sure what would be the case with this one? I randomly sometimes in games short period of play/long period of play...doesn't seem to matter...
 
It will at random sometimes crash with a screen that pops up/locks my computer with a ton of scattered black n white boxes/pixels(large)? Possible artifacting I have no idea?
 
Any help?

    Did you update your VBIOS to the fixed version yet?

    Yes, I apologize! I looked as far as I could into the issue did more digging in the forums found that that maybe the issue so I did update my VBIOS and afterwards had videos spazzing like crazy so reinstalled Nvidia drivers and so far seems like it is better...Thank you! I will update if more issues occur.
