Hi,

can I rollback my bios from 86.06.39.00.62 (newest) back to the previous 86.06.0E.00.61 by just running the old bios setup?

Thank you.

If you have that, then yes it should work.

I have a backup of the old & correct bios for my card, I'm just wondering if it damages my card if I just install it over the newer version.

Yes, you can run the older vbios but you'll need to use nvflash to reflash the older vbios.

I've read that using nvflash will void my warranty? Is this true?

If you aren't flashing a BIOS not meant for your card (e.g. 1060 SSC VBIOS to a 1060 base model), then no it won't.

yes use nvflash, and have another card handy incase you have to reflash, btw it is super easy, I used to be an expert on it until I stopped flashing my cards :(, make sure to put both old and new bios on a flash drive, you can flash through booting into DOS, or just open the cmd prompt as an admin within windows.
    good luck

May I ask why do you want to rollback?

I noticed that the fan noise is significantly louder with the new bios. So I wanted to check back and forth just how much the difference is.

I am now back to the new bios though.
