You mean in a current build? If so yeah. I have a 760FTW and the 970 does not cost that much more and if i buy a 970 i will have no use for the 760. So i was studying if i could send the 760 back and pay the difference for the 970.

Only qualifying stepups can do this. If you are outside of the stepup window time frame then you cannot.

you must be within 90 days of purchase, it must be in their eligible list, and you must have registered it within 14 days of purchase, and uploaded proof of purchase.

It is within the 90 days of purchase and i did register it with proof of purchase and it is on the list but i see that the setup is only for US and Canada. I live in the Caribbean although i do have a skybox in Miami but i doubt i would qualify.....damnit!

    EDIT:
The 760FTW is not on the list of qualifying GPU for US or EU.....damnit again!

I never take a correction from someone as them being a (Deleted word for language) if i made the mistake and i did so no harm done. Right stepup...got it, won't make the mistake again.

If the card is in the 90 day step up period. Also, it would have to be a reference (Vanilla) card that you would be able to step up to only.
