I'm a v7 n00b myself. Hopefully this helps you guys.
Select Advanced from the drop-down list and Configure. Maximize the window if you cannot see the drop-down list.

Select the gpu Folding slot and Edit.

Add the following slot options.

Name: next-unit-percentage Value: 100

A passkey is required. Select Configure and the Identity tab to verify it's already configured. Add it if needed.  Folding@home Passkey FAQ

Errors here too. It's the images that were uploaded to EVGA directly, they've been having problems with that quite a bit lately.

Good addition David12857!!  It's good to have some V7 explanation with visuals right here in this thread.

I sent a request to the OP asking to add a link on the first post. Lots of good info here. I'm debating if I should create a complete v7 guide in the Help and Guides section. I don't mind if it will be useful.

V7 shows very low ppd until the WU passes 3%. Should jump to around 20k after it passes that threshold.

This, exactly.  Your PPD on that GPU should be ~20K

If you haven't already - please don't forget to add Name: "next-unit-percentage" value: "100" to your v7 configuration, this will force v7 to only download a QRB when your previous unit hits 100% completion, instead of 90/95 or whatever it is by default - this will mean you wont lose a little extra QRB from a WU sitting idle for a few extra minutes!

Just wanted to verify this does work. Caught a Wu finishing up a few min ago. Next WU downloads as the last WU hit 99.99%.

Thank you Sleinous for the info on maximizing PPD. Every little bit helps when a QRB is involved.
Someone get that man a BR

Just got an 8057 on my 570, PPD seems low at 110,800 especially with it being OC'ed to 890.

Looks like I downloaded 2.25 sometime in the night. Switched back to 2.22 and now on pace to get 167,482.50!!!

Just raked up another HUGE batch of QRB goodness! GO EVGA!

If my last GTX 560 Ti picks up an 8057 that will be a record breaking (I think) 725,818 PPD for me!

Important Additional Info

If you haven't already - please don't forget to add Name: "next-unit-percentage" value: "100" to your v7 configuration, this will force v7 to only download a QRB when your previous unit hits 100% completion, instead of 90/95 or whatever it is by default - this will mean you wont lose a little extra QRB from a WU sitting idle for a few extra minutes!

Where? I never used V7 until yesterday

expert mode, Configure>expert>extra client options

add what he said to that field with no quotes

SO it looks like this when done?

Correct :)

And If I might ask, what does "gpu" "true" do?

asus939

them 560 ti are folding goodness

yes, really good bang for buck and liek AB says, when the 600 series equivalent becomes fully optimised we should see some even nicer numbers!

I'm currently cruising along @ 900mhz on ea. of the 560 Ti but I could go up to 950mhz I reckon (1075mv)

OK i finally have a 8057 but ppd is just the same as normal.
base credit and est credit are 2549 no bonus?
doesnt really surprice me as things tend to not work for me.

Have you got a passkey added on your v7 tracker? What's your configuration looking like? Mind if you take a couple of screenshots for us to look into?

the 2549 is the base credit. Does NOT include the QRB (Bonus) calculations or regular points... Here is a link reminder to this effect... https://docs.google.com/s...2czJ1YmZGaHVIeXc#gid=1

Just read the data descriptions along the top...

What is odd is that estimated credit is showing 2549 for you too, to me this seems to suggest there is no passkey present. Going to grab a bite to eat and i'll be back!
