It would help to know more about your stuff.

What resolution, what cpu and gpu, are you using VSync, and so on.

You will not see over 99%. One of the other forum members explained it very well. There are 100 marks for the % to hit. It starts at 0 and goes to 99, so you will see between 0 and 99, but never 100.

Do you have all of the settings maxxed out, including msaa or any other option available?

Are you using gpuz to monitor, or hwinfo64 or what.

Please provide as much info as possible, as someone here may be able to glance and tell you exactly what you are seeing. I don't think it is a problem, unless you are getting black screens or bad frame rate. In the end, it is just a number and if your card is performing exceptional, then that number won't make much of a difference.

EVGA may end up offering a RMA if you are pleased, but you may receive a cars with joyride cool whine or an cooler that makes noise, so you have to weigh your options I'd they do make that offer.

Could you also TRY setting DSR to 150% or 200%, assuming this is a 4gb card, and see if it helps?

Ok, so I honestly think it is just what you are playing that isn't requesting the last few %. I wouldn't worry about it, as it is just a number. Taxing the gpu with higher resolution is at least causing a slightly higher load.
