Hi AB,
  not sure how this is going for you.  If that config doesn't work, try this one.

<cc_config>
<options>
<exclude_gpu>
<device_num>0</device_num>
<url>http://gpugrid.net</url>
</exclude_gpu>
</cc_config>

sometimes simpler is better......

try switching the device_num & url lines around if that does not work (I can't find anything that tells me if there is any priority to the order of commands......so not sure if one needs to be before the other)

I will once I figure out how to fix my current mistake. When I installed the new BOINC it deleted four jobs. Now as the other jobs have completed, GPUGRID is not giving me any new ones as it is waiting for the other four still...

and thank you!

This may take a while... It seems BOINC has a hard time managing multiple projects all at once. As it once again is using Device "0" for GPUGRID once I got another unit/job...

OK. I tried your new script. I do not think it sees it... I took a snapshot below. Normally it will say what the command is even if it is wrong...

And I rebooted my system to see if that helps... Well all it did was switch which "Device" was doing what... lol...

I'm pretty sure that that actually worked properly.
can you tell me what happened when that seti task completed?
If that worked I'll laugh, I just realized that I added an extra '/' in the original script which may have borked it.

also - looks like you have 3 GPUGrid tasks waiting to start, you should probably reduce your cache size to .5 or .75 days.
GPUGrid points system gives you a 50% bonus if you return the unit within 24 hours and a 25% bonus within 48 hours.
looks to me you have your cache set to 1 day, which means you will miss out on part of the bonus 1 in every 3 or 4 workunits.

Thanks for the continued assist...

Once about 10 more SETI's ran..... SETI updated... fell off the grid again and they BOINC Manager has been alternating on both devices a good part of the day between Prime and GPU...

I did have the days set @ 3. Just dropped it to .5 as you suggested...

***Edit***

Might be a coincident... As soon as I did that one of the jobs that was uploading says it errored out .

I have instructed BOINC Manager to not get any new tasks for any project. I will only allow one project to run at a time. And start fresh once all but the SETI's are complete...

well that is disappointing losing an upload.
My Boinc client totally died this morning so I had to delete it - lost about 300 DDDT2 tasks that I had in my cache

I think we're on the right track. Just need to get the right order in the commands.

I can't find a list of commands anywhere, so I'm just searching through old posts and cobbling together what I can find.  Makes life a little difficult, but I'm learning as I go.

Hope you don't mind your machine being used as a test-bed!
