G2 750W won't start via WoL and takes forever when turned on manually (Video)

I recently swapped my old be quiet PSU with a G2 750W.

When i try to start my PC via Wake on Lan, like i used to do with my old PSU, the EVGA one just clicks 2 times and nothing else happens. 

When i push the start button of my PC it takes a few seconds, then it clicks 2 times again and then it eventually starts.

I recorded the sounds during startup:

Is this normal, is my PSU faulty?
This never happened with my old one and nothing else changed.
When it is on, it runs just fine.

    that is odd. Are you using any cables from your old PSU with the 750G2?

    What do you mean with cables from my old PSU?

    My old one wasn't modular (PURE POWER L7 530W)
    I'm using the cables that came with the PSU and no adapters.

    Do you have another idea of why this happens?
    Can I get a replacement unit, if mine is indeed not working as intended?
