EDIT: I believe that 15ms in description is a typo. Most likely 5ms like it say's the second time in description.

    That, that has to be a typo.  I have the Upstar 28" 4K monitor and it has 5ms response time.  I can't imagine that their 1080 monitor would be slower than that.
