So going to be revamping my build here in a bit, so I go to my usual website remembering that they closed their doors. Was surprised that the website was up, so I looked into it and see they reopened. Anybody order anything from since they reopened?

I think I'll call first before I order. Either they are open and they will pick up the phone, or they aren't open and the phone will go unanswered.
Thanks for the link, I'll keep my eye on it.

I don't blame ya, I had a similar situation with my girlfriend's brother. They owned a company and he got back into drugs. She was forced to shut the company down because he drained everything out of it to support his drug habit along with his extravagant lifestyle. He gained back control of the website and assured customers they were still in business but stole nearly 250k from customers as he never shipped anything out. Not even sure to this day what happened to him since he disappeared.

I think they take PayPal and that would be the only method to use in my personal opinion if I were ever to order from them.

It might be nice to hear any feedback from any forum members that have ordered from them since they reopened their webstore.

Paypal isn't an option anymore.  Only payment methods at the moment are credit card or electronic check.

Im the one that ordered the SLI Bridge.   So far things are looking good.  Sent an email Friday night asking for confirmation on the part, received the confirmation email the next morning.  I wasn't expecting to see an email till Monday.   Placed the order and recieved a shipment confirmation and tracking number 30 minutes later.

I went with el-cheapo ground which give a 6-12 day estimate.  5-8 is more realistic and typical.

Don't risk your loot and the headaches that could come with a order there. Just use https://modmymods.com/ .... they are all the employees from Frozencpu that got together and opened there own shop after Frozencpu tanked about 20 mins up the road from Frozen. They are fast, knowledgeable  and reliable....that much I can attest to myself.

NP Cav. The last thing I want to see EVER on these forums is a member getting ripped off ,whether on purpose or by consequence, especially a long time active member like loveha. So if I have the knowledge to stop that I pretty much feel its my duty to share it, which will most likely help keep others safe by proxy. :)

For what it's worth.  My order with FrozenCPU came through with flying colors.  Arriving much sooner than I anticipated.

I ordered on Saturday, paid for regular USPS ground and my package was waiting for me when I got home from work Monday night.

I'm actually surprised that guy is getting his company back up and going again. FrozenCPU was in shambles last year... guess they are trying to make a comeback.

Here is a good link to catch you up on what they went through:
    http://forums.evga.com/FrozenCPU-CLOSED-m2294131.aspx

Lots of customers got crapped on... even the ones that used PayPal had a very very difficult time getting their money back after not receiving the item they paid for months later.

Funny I have never been screwed by them and even my Order with them the Friday before they shut down I did get my money back from PayPal. I have had about 22 Orders with them before their shut down and did not have any problems at all with Frozen CPU

Well for the Most part I only use Koolance now.
PC-P sometimes, but I would like to give https://modmymods.com/ a go before the year end.

Frozen CPU might be back in business, but I don't think there's a reason to use them over some of the other places that haven't screwed customers repeatedly.

    I use these guys
    http://www.performance-pcs.com/

Funny I have never been screwed by them and even my Order with them the Friday before they shut down I did get my money back from PayPal. I have had about 22 Orders with them before their shut down and did not have any problems at all with Frozen CPU

+1... I never had any problems with Frozen either before the meltdown. They were probably the number one go to place for awhile there, for me especially, and it really devastated the mod community when they went down. Everybody really wanted all the displaced guys from Frozen, cause they were super friendly and knowledgeable guys, to either take over Frozen or start there own shop, and thankfully they went with the latter. PPC's is a decent place and has been around forever, but they have had there share of hiccups here and there with peoples orders over the years but nothing too drastic thankfully. Im pretty tolerant of screw ups with my own orders cause were all human and things happen. The only time I get a little frazzled is if im ordering stuff for someone elses build or doing repair work etc.... cause if it gets all screwed up it makes me look bad. You guys know that look you get when you tell them that the order got screwed up and theres going to be a week delay in the project cause of it and the customer looks at you like your trying to pull some scam, lol. Really crappy feeling!!

I would like to use Modmymods, but I'm looking at red Bitspower compression fittings. They don't carry Bitspower. Also when it comes time to order, I generally go to both performance and frozen and see who is cheapest after shipping. Never been burned by either, it's just been a very long time since I have done any modifications to my build.
Heatkiller waterblocks for the 1070/1080 FTW cards aren't out till middle of October so I have time.
