I would suspect the PSU for your problems. Do you have a spare power supply you could try?
Intel i7 4790K - Corsair H90 - MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX AC - MSI GTX 980 (81.7% ASIC) - 16GB G.Skill 2400MHz - Seasonic X-1250 - Crucial MX100 512GB - Corsair Carbide 500R EVGA Affiliate Code: S27QNQME0X

The PSU was one of the things I suspected as well. I do not have a spare PSU unfortunately. Is there any way I can test it without just trying a different one?

You could always buy one locally and just return it if it's not the fix.

They are easy to replace but can be tedious when trying to manage the wires... Modular PSU's make it so you don't have as much clutter with extra wires you are not using, so I'd recommend looking into something like that. IIRC Best Buy sells EVGA and Corsair power supplies, which both have modular units.

Yes... PSU Testing: http://www.jonnyguru.com/...;ndfaq_id=28 (You will need a Digital Multimeter for testing your PSU. You want all three rails to be within ATX spec, ATX Specification: 12V: 11.40 to 12.60, 5V: 4.75 to 5.25, 3V: 3.135 to 3.465. If any of your rails hit the minimum spec I would replace the PSU with a new one.)

I have it open next to me, the bar is just grey... what do I look for?

Read one of Sajin's threads and figured it out. So I haven't gotten any freezes in game today which is rather odd... Haven't not had freezes in game for a while... Now for PerfCap Reason during gaming its saying Pwr, which im assuming means power. Does that mean my total PSUs power is not enough and is whats limiting the performance? This screenshot is not when Im freezing up. It seems when im playing Battlefield the Perfcap reason remains at Pwr. When im browsing chrome it seems to go to Util.

No. It means you're currently hitting the default power limit set for the card.

Hey Sajin. I got a quick question, How do I install those intel chipset drivers? Ill download it and it'll come as an exe and it just asks me where to extract it to. I extract it to "downloads" and then try to open it but it just asks me where to extract it to again. Where should I be extracting it to?
Thanks!

So Ive got my computer set up and running, all the drivers are downloaded and i'm just waiting for my Battlefield download to complete. However... I was looking in the reliability monitor and it showed a Hardware error... Here's the details, Google is telling me its a Video card problem possibly linked to the driver...? Ugh... I was hoping this would fix it, And im yet to be 100% sure, but earlier I was getting black pixelation in Facebook videos/ gifs. Like half the screen or most of the screen going a pixelated black. :^(

Reliability monitor screenshot is in the "attached images" and here again. Those video problems seemed to happen only on facebook and it would be at the start of the video, if i looped back around it wouldnt happen again. Posted on facebook forums and apparently others were getting it too, so im not set on linking these two issues yet. although that hardware error is making me uneasy. I think im still getting a bit of micro stutter when i watch netflix, when the scene is panning around.
